This policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work for Danrian subscriptions. It forms part of, and should be read alongside, our Terms of Service (see section 5, Subscriptions and Billing). Where this policy and the Terms of Service address the same subject they are intended to say the same thing; if they ever conflict, the Terms of Service govern.
This policy covers the subscription fee you pay Danrian LLC for use of the Service. It does not cover money exchanged between a seller and their buyers — Danrian never holds, receives, or has custody of those funds and cannot refund them. See section 6 of the Terms of Service.
New accounts may access a 7-day free trial with full access to Service features. No payment method is required to start a trial, and no charge is made during the trial. There is nothing to refund for a trial.
At the end of the trial the account becomes read-only: your data remains accessible and sales already in progress continue to settle, but you cannot create new listings until you choose and pay for a plan.
Paid plans may be billed monthly or annually, in advance. Annual plans are charged ten months’ price for twelve months of service. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
Danrian charges a flat subscription fee only. We do not charge any commission, transaction fee, or percentage of your sales.
You may cancel at any time from your account settings (Settings → Billing). There are no contracts, minimum terms, or cancellation fees.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access until that date and you are not charged again. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused remainder of a billing period, whether monthly or annual.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Because every plan includes a 7-day free trial with full feature access and no card required, we ask that you use the trial to decide whether Danrian fits your business before you pay.
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory right to a refund, cancellation, or withdrawal that applies to you under the consumer law of your country or state. Where such a right applies it takes precedence over this policy.
You may upgrade or downgrade at any time. Plan changes take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of your current billing period — you are charged or credited the difference rather than refunded separately.
We may change plan pricing with 30 days’ advance notice by email. If you do not accept a price change you may cancel before it takes effect under section 4 above.
If a scheduled payment fails we will notify you by email and retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected within 7 days your account may be suspended until payment is resolved. You will retain access to your data during any suspension period.
If you believe you have been charged in error — a duplicate charge, a charge after a confirmed cancellation, or an amount that does not match your plan — contact us and we will investigate and correct genuine billing errors, including issuing a refund where one is due.
To cancel, use Settings → Billing in your account. To raise a billing question or request a refund under sections 5 or 9, email us with your account email and the charge date.
